Good app, but poor choice of font. They are using Nunito New, which is good for writing articles or content with a lot of text. When it comes to dealing with a lot of numbers, Nunito is poor choice for that. It's soft, calm, mild and leans heavily on beautification. Numbers need a punchy font, esp where you're dealing with money and data balances, and font sizes for numbers need to be big enough and easy to see. Check the fonts that Western banking and financial apps use and copy that.

I initially loved this up until OTP was introduced to Mesa STK push. An OTP that is not working!! You have the money in your Mesa, the Mesa sim card in your phone but can't purchase because of a broken OTP. Never had such a frustrating experience in my 3 years of using Faiba app

Fair will deactivate your sim, not tell you, then when you buy data, you lose your money and get no data. Zero answer from support.

This is the worst thing to have ever happened to me lots of lags, poor customer service and to make matters worse you purchase data, but you can't receive it it feels like a scam several times I have purchased data but never received don't recommend at all

Faiba network of very poor quality!!! If you buy the package if day and night bundles during the day those of night will be inactive. Bure kabisa !!! I wish there should come of telecommunication company with good bundles packages, many people would run there without second thoughts.
