Good app, but poor choice of font. They are using Nunito New, which is good for writing articles or content with a lot of text. When it comes to dealing with a lot of numbers, Nunito is poor choice for that. It's soft, calm, mild and leans heavily on beautification. Numbers need a punchy font, esp where you're dealing with money and data balances, and font sizes for numbers need to be big enough and easy to see. Check the fonts that Western banking and financial apps use and copy that.

Awesome App. The only downside is you can't purchase data offline using the Faiba Mobile and Desktop Apps. You have to use data from other networks to purchase Faiba internet bundles.

Very disappointing experience. I bought a Faiba SIM near Keyhole Junction on Kangundo Road, but the network is unreliable and the internet is extremely slow. I bought 10 GB for ksh.300 and only managed to use 320 MB in 3 days because the connection barely works. Customer support was also rude and unhelpful when I asked for help. Would not recommend. I'll post a video about the horrible experience I've had with them on my socials

Lately, I've been having trouble with this app. I'll buy a data subscription, the money will leave my Mesa, but the data is not topped up on the Faiba app. It has happened several times in the past, but it never got resolved even after I got a hold of Faiba Customer Service on Twitter. The latest occurrence is last night. It's very frustrating, and I'm looking for an alternative provider.

THIEVES! I bought bundles. Explain to me how buying 70gb bundles turned to airtime worth 1500. I went to the app chose 70gb paid for it. I kept getting alerts that I do not have data. Why then was my money spent on something I didn't purchase? I want my money back, that's all. A zero rating would be more fitting🤮🤮
