WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE APP? I WANT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, AFTER ALL THE NECESSARY STEPS. AT LAST, DURING UPLOADING PASSPORT AND SIGNATURE THE SYSTEM DISPLAYING ERROR ASKED ME TO (PROVIDE A VALID IMAGE TYPE). I TRIED THE FOLLOWING FORMAT SUCH AS: PDF, JPEG, PNG, JPG and WEBP. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE SYSTEM COULDN'T ACCEPT ALL THE FORMAT. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

The app is considerably okay, but the interface is limited. I am unable to generate a receipt after a transaction. Also, I can not find more details about a transaction as compared to other banking apps.

Good day to the entire Team. My dad received a debit alert of 30 thousand plus today from his zenith bank account, and it happens to be debited from this microfinance bank. My dad isn't a registered user on this bank nd it got me wondering hw he came about paying for a loan he didn't apply for. Please I would like to get in contact with the support team, I will also like to know the contact information of the person that applied for the loan using my dad's details. Please I need FEEDBACK!!

Generally I have never seen unorganized bank were a customer laying complain for over a year no feedback uptown, calling the national head office still no response.so my people I would like to drow the attention of everyone who doesn't have account with nirsal microfinance bank, don't attempt to go there.I transfer some money from one of my account to nirsal bank all most a year no good response from the bank, with all the fact that I presented to them. If anyone has way out for me?
