FastLeaf: Fasting Timer & Log

What stage is your body in right now? FastLeaf answers that question the moment you open it, turning intermittent fasting from a vague plan into something you can actually watch happen in real time.

LIVE FASTING TIMER
See exactly how long you've been fasting and how far you are from your goal, updated live. It stays accurate even if you close the app or restart your phone, because elapsed time is calculated from your real start time, not from the app staying open in the background.

YOUR BODY, STAGE BY STAGE
Digestion, then blood sugar stabilizing, then fat burning kicking in, then ketosis, then autophagy. FastLeaf shows which of these stages your body is likely in right now and how long until the next one begins, so a fast stops being just a countdown and starts being something you can actually follow along with.

SIX PROVEN PROTOCOLS
From gentle 12:12 up through 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, and OMAD (23:1). Pick whichever plan fits where you are, whether you're just starting out or you've been fasting for years and want a longer window.

HISTORY AND STREAKS
Every fast gets logged, and your streak builds as you go. A 15-week heatmap and full session history make your consistency visible instead of something you have to take on faith.

INSIGHTS
Average and longest fasts, your goal completion rate, and weekly trends, all laid out in clear stats instead of a wall of raw numbers you'd have to interpret yourself.

REMINDERS
Get notified when you reach your goal and again when your eating window is about to end, so you're not relying on memory alone to know where you stand.

FASTLEAF PRO

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is FastLeaf a substitute for medical advice?
No. FastLeaf is built for general wellness tracking, not as medical guidance. If you're pregnant, managing a condition like diabetes, or have any other health concern, please talk to a professional before starting a fasting routine.

Is FastLeaf Pro a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase that unlocks every protocol, unlimited history, the full body-state timeline, advanced stats, and the home widget permanently, with no recurring billing.

Does the timer keep running if I close the app?
Yes. Elapsed time is calculated from your actual start time, so closing the app, restarting your phone, or losing connectivity doesn't throw off your count.

What fasting protocols are available?
Six options ranging from 12:12 up to 18:6, 20:4, and OMAD (23:1), so you can start gentle and work up to a longer window as it becomes comfortable, or jump straight to whatever schedule already fits your life.

How does FastLeaf know what stage my body is in?
It estimates the stage from how much time has elapsed since your fast began, following the general progression from digestion through blood sugar stabilization, fat burning, ketosis, and autophagy.

Can I see how consistent I've been over time?
Yes. The heatmap and session history lay out weeks of fasting at a glance, and the insights screen adds average length, longest fast, and goal completion rate on top of that.

FastLeaf turns the question "how's my fast going" into something you can actually see the answer to, one stage at a time.
