Fat burger the restaurant is great, but the online ordering platform they have chosen is unfortunately a complete joke. The app is literally nothing more than a wrapper around their ordering web page and offers no unique functionality, making it a waste of 20-30 MB of space when you already have Chrome or another browser installed. Good luck actually trying to get signed up either with its completely horrible UX that seems to have awful error/exception handling. I tried signing up, I filled in all my details, pressed the red "Sign Up" button, but it had no feedback after being pressed. Somehow, though, it did seem to make an account, but not only was I not logged in, I never got any confirmation email asking me to confirm my account, nor any confirmation text message despite me volunteering a phone number and selecting the checkbox to opt in to email/SMS deals/promos. I've tried to see if resetting the password I supposedly set would help matters, and although I do get emails with a reset code, any time I actually try and use them, it immediately claims that the reset code it sent literally 30 seconds ago "is invalid or has expired", despite the email it comes in claiming their good for 10 minutes. If Fat burger absolutely had to pick up an off-the-shelf platform to implement rather than building their own, they would be far better off using DoorDash's customizable pickup platform that other chains like Wayback Burgers and many independents use as their means of providing online ordering. Unfortunately, the platform MOBI have built for them is just unusable. If it's this bad for consumers, judging based on other reviews, it must be absolutely horrible to work with if you work at a Fat burger location.

It was fine, until they started charging a "service fee" for ordering on the app. You literally spend more money on the "service fees" than you get back on the rewards. So the rewards are completely redundant. Just order at the store, it's not worth wasting more money by ordering on this app.
