Returned 3 gun safes (K3) because this app is unusable. After spending 90 minutes of restarting app, dozens of "failed fingerprint added" and a ton of time watching the app get stuck doing almost anything-- just setting up the first safe-- it wasn't worth it.

This recent update (September 2021) is unusable. The app will no longer connect to my smart lock. I am unable to get support through the app feedback (repeated error message) or through email. I do not recommend using this app or related smart home devices.

Since binding the app won't load anything from the main screen and therefore it doesn't work / allow settings changed. Disappointing

After binding to the lock, the app hangs, with spinning wheel and whatever u do I am unable to used it. Even restarting the phone doesn't work.
