Good pay app for work. Transfers take their sweet time, but I refuse to pay for my money, so I'm okay with that. Instant transfer costs just like any pay app like Venmo. I appreciate the instant pay after I clock out.

This is the worst payroll app I've ever been on they do not direct deposit the money into your bank account, so you must pay a fee to transfer the money from their card into your bank account in which they should have thrown your debit card

The newest update is slow and unoptimized. The app fails to remember your prefer login method. This and a buggy withdrawal screen make moving money a pain. Recommending the express withdrawal option even when you have the standard option selected is a massive slap in the face. Thousands of restaurant employees exist at the poverty level. The way Ferry and other digital banking apps shove the express transfer option in users face is predatory and shameful.
