Great little app to keep your pet sitter up to date on changes with your fur babies. What I love about this, unlike others, it's not just an app. They are local to your area. Independent franchises mean you have someone that is local and knows your area. They also have backup if your sitter is already booked. If I could, I would give it 10 stars simply for having local people to talk to instead of some faceless corporate voice who knows where that have no idea of our area.

The email address you asked me to contact after my nightmare experience kicks back an undeliverable message.

Can't see password after entering so much aggravation. No way for 2 people to access one account.

Map function hasn't worked properly since last upgrade. It either doesn't work at all, or I reinstall every day and it kind of works. It definitely does not accurately map the walk as it used to. The mileage is short every time. Very frustrating, and I'm surprised clients are not commenting on it. For example a 45-minute walk I average about 1.5 miles and the most it shows is just under a mile. It looks bad to me.
