PUNCTUALITY, TURNED INTO A GAME

Tired of someone always running late? With Finelly, meeting up with your group becomes a game: whoever arrives latest pays a symbolic fine based on their minutes of delay. No lectures, no drama — just the healthy fun of a little friendly competition.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create an event: title, location, date and time.
2. Set the fine rate per minute late and how many "penalty slots" there are (for example, the last 2 to arrive).
3. Invite your group by link or by searching for them in the app.
4. Each guest taps "I've arrived" when they get there — Finelly checks their location at that exact moment.
5. Only the latest arrivals pay, each based on their own minutes of delay.
6. The pot has a purpose you set (drinks, meal, whatever you decide) and gets marked as settled whenever you like.

No real payments happen inside the app: Finelly keeps track, you decide how to settle up.

YOUR PUNCTUALITY HISTORY

Every user gets a profile with their own stats:
- On-time, late, and early arrivals, with their averages
- Fines paid and fines forgiven
- Average arrival position within the group
- Badges, titles, and tiers based on your behavior

From "Rookie" to "Human Stopwatch": level up by showing up on time. Or earn a reputation as the "Chronic Latecomer" if the clock just isn't your thing.

PUNCTUALITY HAS NEVER BEEN THIS FUN

- 5 punctuality tiers, from Bronze to Human Stopwatch
- 60+ badges for streaks, early arrivals, event volume, and more
- Global rankings: Swiss Clock (the most punctual) and Sand Clock (the latest arrivals)
- Dynamic titles that change based on your recent trend

FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS, NOT FOR MEETING STRANGERS

Finelly isn't a social network. It's a tool for the friends, family, or coworkers you already have — for punctual meetups, trips, dinners, games, or any plan where someone always shows up late.

Create permanent groups if you meet up with the same people often, or organize one-off events without needing a group at all.

YOUR PRIVACY

Location is only used at the exact moment of check-in, to verify you actually arrived. It's stored with that check-in as proof of arrival and nothing else — Finelly never tracks you in the background.

FREE, WITH AN AD-FREE OPTION

Finelly is free with ads. If you'd rather skip them, there's a one-time lifetime purchase — no subscriptions.

What's new:

• Sign in with Google or Apple — no passwords to remember.
• Event chat: sort out the details with everyone who accepted, with notifications when they write.
• Recurring events: set up the Tuesday game, the monthly dinner or the daily gym session in one go.
• Overdue events now close on their own, so results arrive without waiting for someone to open the app.
• Fixed the location when pasting Google Maps links, which sometimes placed the event kilometres away.
