App reports biometrics not available, but if phone is restarted biometrics work. Other apps work fine. App needs to give correct message. Suspect caused by app update

Not a good banking app. You cannot change regular payments easily. You cannot either copy or paste anything, meaning setting up payments to or from is very difficult, since it resets every time you switch to another app whilst trying to read the account numbers. The regular saver account is a good rate but the only reason I don't switch away. I don't understand how that bank has good customer service reviews, I don't care about a phone service, it's 2026, I want a good app!

Getting incredibly frustrated trying to pay check in via App. If it were handwritten I might understand but this check is printed and clear. App updated yesterday and can't get check deposited. Please sort it out or will have to switch to another back soon.
