App used to be able to have custom notification sounds (Galaxy S23), but since a recent update, Android settings don't show an option to change this apps notification sound... Not sure if it's First Due or Android.

Used to work fine when I had an iPhone. Now I have a Pixel and it's all buggy. When I tap on an incident, the app crashes. After navigating to the incident on the map, tapping the icon, and dragging the incident details page, it doesn't stay on the incident on the map, but instead moves back to my current location. Please fix these issues so my crew stops telling me to get an iPhone. EDIT: the developers fixed the issue very quickly! Thank you!

Update to review: Never before had an app contact me within a few hours of a post about my complaints and address them so quickly. Changed to 5 stars. App gets calls from our dispatch prior to the tones going off at the station. Is a great way to map out hydrants, pre-fire planning and unit staging for different incidents. Very impressed all around

This is a horrible App. The FD platform itself is pretty good in terms of capability, but honestly I hate this App. The notification tones don't work correctly, they have a terrible selection of tones you can use, and the tones go off when I open the App. There's supposed to be a way to filter incident dispatch notifications, so you can choose which dispatched calls you want to be notified about, but it isn't working, and they tell me to clear the cache. Laughable to say the least. Nope.

Absolutely terrible! The issues with Apple are bad, but android is almost unusable! -Alerting is slower than I phone while other alerting apps weren't. Yes, all settings are optimized on my S25U - Alerting cannot be stopped with volume buttons, power button, opening the app, anything! You have to wait the 15 seconds of the alerting sound for it to stop. If you open the app it plays the sound twice at once. Other apps don't have this issue. Terrible for when in public. Plenty more reasons!

Since the new update, I'm getting push notifications every time I open the app and now the map doesn't seem to want to load properly.
