The latest mandatory terms from First Interstate Bank to use their online banking ask customers to surrender their right to a courtroom, accept a $500 ceiling on the bank's accountability regardless of harm, and consent to indefinite commercial use of their financial data -- all with no meaningful opt-out. That is not a fair exchange for the privilege of online banking.

Maybe if I rate this app poorly I will get someone to call me being they won't call me about an issue with their services 7 months ago. If you value time and money stay far away from fib. More mistakes and bad service than anything anymore. Covid made them as bad as everyone else.

DISLIKE YOUR NEW CHANGES...all it did was make it MORE COMPLICATED. You only need so many options.... for example, transferring funds... I do NOT need multiple screens for that, and the busyness of it makes it look MESSY.
