Immense quality drop, ever since First bank was bought out by PNC. Additionally, I have been working and traveling overseas these past few months. And between my card constantly being locked, and the app no longer connecting, it has been nearly impossible to effectively manage my banking with first bank.

Unreasonable charges for savings account. Had a min $100 account, had 100 in there, got charged $7 for the min fee last quarter, replaced it to have 100, and they charged me again this quarter because the last fee dropped me below the 100 min. con artists

App isn't a problem it's the customer service when you call about your account. If you want to interact with rude people contact customer service for first bank. Looking into another banking service.

Works half the time to deposit checks, otherwise doesn't work. Very annoying, we moved and don't have a first bank close so can't make deposits. Then they limit what we can deposit so when it's not working all the time it gets frustrating
