Customer service is always friendly and nd helpful. I've never been surprised with charges or fees.

They told me not to worry about a disputed transaction from February then sent me a letter in late May. I contacted them for clarification, and they told me it was their mistake. A week later, they took 300 out of my account over drafting me. When I mentioned I should not be charged over draft fees because of what they hadn't told me. I was told there's nothing they can do for me. So I will be leaving this bank and recommend nobody uses this bank. They only have like eight locations in the state

The first bank in Greenville Ranch co has no access to after hours ATM in inside I was the only without a car in a very dangerous situation just to us an ATM. I stood be hind 7 cars. Thank you First Bank 😪
