The FORGOT PASSWORD module is not working - both in website and mobile app! I wasn't able to log in to my account since Nov 22. I have sent 3 emails on Nov 25 for ff up but no one is assisting.

This app sucks. No user credential remember me feature. It always logs out after several seconds. Verification is so frustrating.

I opened an account here instead of col because everybody said that this is the number 1 broker and because of the app. That is the dealbreaker because I couldn't see an APP for Col Financial. Now I can no longer use the app for 2 weeks straight because of the maintenance which has been 2 weeks and no definite info when it will be fixed. If I just wanted to browse through the browser instead of an app, I would have chosen Col financial instead. It is getting annoying to not use the app.
