Guys! The app actually works, first you've to clear the app storage including Data and Cache, then force stop the app, if you're using an iPhone, you uninstall and install the app. Secondly network coverage is always good for registering or activating the First Token in the morning. Thirdly I recommend you try activating the First Token early morning between 3am-6am. Lastly always use your ATM pin, not your online banking pin, they're different.

For the past 3 weeks, this app has refused to validate my OTP. I kept getting the feedback - "Error Processing Pata. Please try again" this is frustrating considering that I can't do more than a certain amount through my app because of the limitation. What nonsense is this?

very, very poor unable to activate, keeps showing error in fetching account details for the past 3 weeks till now. I went to First Bank nearby office here in Osorio, they are unable to do anything due to poor network of the bank

If I need to go to d bank to activate a token app then how useless can this app be? Very useless saying error for 3 days now I can't increase my transfer limit too in this jet age someone has to go to bank to do everything ....very useless bank useless app

Frustrating! For the past 2 days now I have been trying to do the verification but can't get past the OTP verification and token pin, it keeps sending me error messages. Meanwhile, this app was referred to me by my account officer when I called to tell her what I'm facing with the app she said it may be network issue. Till now, it's still the same issue, I had to uninstall the app.
