I had troubles that everyone complained about. I later discovered that when you enter your pin, just click on the First token symbol by the top right and your token will be generated.

I saw all the negative reviews and was discouraged. I also saw a few positive reviews but thought they were arranged. Since I had no option, I decided to give it a try and prepare for the worst and BOOM!!! It worked. I am happy I did not stop at the negative reviews I read. I have made over 3 transactions. Very useless app Trying to log in all its showing is "Error verifying card details pls try again"

I have been trying to open my first token application since yesterday it's asking for my mum Credit card information I inserted my 16-digit number on my credit card and my 4 digit pin code, but my token is not opening it is given (error verifying card details please check and try again later) please how can you help.

The app is rubbish. I have been trying to activate it for about a year now but all I get is "error processing occurred". I even went to complain in the bank, nothing changes still.
