Guys! The app actually works, first you've to clear the app storage including Data and Cache, then force stop the app, if you're using an iPhone, you uninstall and install the app. Secondly network coverage is always good for registering or activating the First Token in the morning. Thirdly I recommend you try activating the First Token early morning between 3am-6am. Lastly always use your ATM pin, not your online banking pin, they're different.

very, very poor unable to activate, keeps showing error in fetching account details for the past 3 weeks till now. I went to First Bank nearby office here in Osorio, they are unable to do anything due to poor network of the bank

This is one of the useless app I have ever come across, for past one month I can not be able to validate my OTP and keep sending me error. I have visited customer care for three times no way, I get new ATM card no way what a useless app?
