Avoid the bank, thank you, they are too slow to respond to an issue like the type that take 3 months to solve a particular issue, I regret opening an account with this bank

As a visually impaired user, I find First Mobile very difficult to use independently. The app is not blind friendly, and I still have to rely on sighted assistance to complete basic tasks. This compromises my privacy and makes me feel insecure when using a banking app. Other fintech apps have done a much better job with accessibility. I hope First Mobile improves its accessibility features so that blind and visually impaired users can bank independently, safely, and with dignity.

I am very disappointed at first bank, they are networked in my phone, others app are working properly with network, but first bank is saying network not found, very poor

Why first bank not build there app to be auto balance update the moment funds ends instead of manually refreshing, like that of opay app. Once funds entered, and you are using the app you will see how the balance update instantly. Instead of login out to log in again to refresh the balance
