I like this app, no doubt. But why too many charges? First Bank, you know why Nigerians like Opay? Not an Opay user, but I took my time. Why charge 4 every single trans', every single one?! I know you'll say FBN to FBN accounts-no charges, for fairness' sake do away with the charges. Opay has its trans' history like the browsing history of a web browser-so much enough even for 9 months; but 'urs has only the last 20 single trans'. You're a great team, but the app needs great improvement.

I tried to log into my first Bank app as a returning user, but I did not receive the otp for verification. Have gone to the first Bank branch yet not resolved. I'm receiving alerts because I just did my ATM card. Please can you rectify this it's really frustrating.

Dear First Bank Customer Support, I am writing to request assistance with an issue concerning my account alerts and email registration. When I opened my First Bank account, I provided my phone number and email address. However, I have not been receiving transaction alerts through SMS or email. Recently, I tried to add my email address through the First Bank mobile app, but I received the following error message: “Failed to add email. Kindly profile a phone number before adding an email address.”

Good morning developer I write you with deep regret this app whenever I buy airtime or data with my app most time it does not come and first bank will never return my money back this is not the first time I just bought a data with my app trying to Lodge a complaint telling me email coming soon I also operate with Zenith bank if I mistakenly sent a card to wrong number they will reverse the money back to my account this first Bank app need a proper upgrade please do well to refund my money
