First bank app had made banking much easier for me. The app is straightforward. Transfers to other banks are fast, airtime and data purchase is instant, bill payments work well, and I can manage my cards, check statements and open accounts right from my phone.

Nice update keep rolling out, you're doing great! One of the good feature needs to be included is refreshing feature to enable us refresh the dashboard in order to be updated with the transaction that occurs. Imaging when someone is online and receives money, one has to exit the app and open it again. But with a refreshing feature, that would be better either.

When I Am using my former app I have four digits number to log in but when I downloaded another one now, I was told to use five digit, but I registered for four digits number at bank how can this be possible

First bank wahala is too much, is when you want to do something urgent that's when the app will know that it won't work. I have been trying to open it, but it is saying Network request failed, we tin concern me. Please you people should do better I need to what am supposed to before 8am

Since I upgraded to this new version, I have not been able to view transactions history. I can't download statement

Your transactions can get missing through this app and first bank will not be able to help you. My 20k is still missing since nearly a month and first bank has no explanation as to why the recipient did not receive the funds that was sent to them. Nor did they refund my money either. This nonsense cannot happen with Opay
