App has had its share of issues, including lagging and freezing. Thus far this school year, all has been well. Just the normal lagging issue, so be ahead of where it says the bus is.

Works pretty well, but it is definitely dependent on the bus company setting it up right on their end. Our school gets out 30 minutes early every Wednesday, and the app doesn't show anything on those days.

The tracking on the app is spot on for us. However, the notifications and ETA don't work quite right. The ETA is a generic time that never changes based on the location of the bus. The time notifications work based on that ETA and not the bus location. However, besides this, it works great and support is incredibly helpful.

This app was working GREAT since I got it a month ago, then yesterday it signed me out & now it's not working! You guys need to fix your app! It hasn't worked in 2 days. I add my sons school, district & school code & it says school isn't found even though it worked for the last month! I depend on this app & it's not working now! Other parents are having the same problem! PLEASE FIX THIS!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Garbage. It does not send notifications about distances you've specified, so the bus could actually be on time, but the map is showing it's at least 10 mins away...so what's the point?? I can open, close, and re-open the map after seeing the bus with my own 2 eyes and the location still hasn't updated. This app is just as bad as the bus drivers that don't know how to use GPS! I'm willing to change my baby's school just to not deal with First Student at this point.
