Comments on Fitbit Ace for Android

★★★★☆ Ivy Chang · Nov 28, 2025

Bought for my 6th grader and has been perfect for us. She'd had Ace 2 for years & took good care of it. She likes that Ace LTE looks sophisticated (like adult Fitbit or Pixel watch), but has games & allows her to communicate w us. I like seeing where she is when she takes the bus, etc. The developers seem responsive so far & continue to add new features. We're planning to use this instead of a phone through middle school. I wish I could see on the app when my kiddo sets her watch on DND.

Love this! We have had the watch for 2 years. We had a glitch once over a year ago, but worked through it by resetting thr watch. No issues ever since. Reliable, good battery (1 full day), and makes contacting my kid a breeze

Could be 5 🌟!! So initial at the beginning I had an issue with setup where I got out and because payments required at beginning I had to pay again to set up watch. that's issue was resolved already but quiet inconvenient. 2nd thing Is my child is 1 block away, and I keep getting "accuracy is low" this has scared me multiple times as it shows child's location sometimes 5 blocks in different directions (PLEASE FIX THAT) LASTLY what would make overall use better is adding a contact us on app 🙏 PLZ

After a long research, we landed on Google Fitbit Ace LTE or Garmin Bounce 2. After hearing about intermittent GPS tracking loss issues, we settled on the Fitbit Ace LTE. What a bad choice! Fitbit Ace app for the parent doesn't show any info of importance. Heath tracking is shown on the watch only. Looking to track non-verbal child, when their biom is elevated or agitated, this app is useless. Highly disappointed on Fitbit Ace LTE! I recommend any parent to go with Garmin Bounce instead.

Awful Snowstorm feature. It disables the device after 10 mins of interaction. It is a joke, and there is no way to disable the Fit bits shutdown of features. Save yourself money and buy a different kids watch.
