For clients, FitConnect makes it easy to discover and connect with coaches locally or explore trainers in other locations using search and filtering tools. Clients can view coach profiles, book sessions either online or in person, purchase digital fitness products, and track their fitness journey in one place.

FitConnect includes progress tracking tools that help users stay consistent and motivated. Clients can monitor workouts, log activity, and track progress over time. The platform also includes gamification features designed to encourage healthy habits in a fun and engaging way. Users can earn badges, unlock avatars, and take part in challenges while training. There are no pay-to-win mechanics — achievements are earned through activity, consistency, and participation.

Social features allow clients to connect with friends, share progress, and take part in leaderboards. Leaderboards can be viewed at local, national, and international levels, helping users stay motivated through friendly competition while maintaining a focus on health and wellbeing.

FitConnect also allows clients to purchase digital products such as training programmes and fitness content created by coaches, as well as book and manage coaching sessions directly within the app. Secure in-app payments are supported through trusted third-party payment providers.

For coaches, FitConnect provides a complete business management toolkit. Coaches can create a professional profile that acts as a public portfolio, showcasing qualifications, experience, achievements, and areas of expertise. This profile helps coaches get discovered by clients actively searching for fitness support.

Coaches can sell digital products, manage their client base, track bookings, monitor sales and earnings, and manage their business operations directly from the app. Scheduling tools help coaches organise sessions, automatically send reminders, and manage availability efficiently.

FitConnect allows coaches to track client progress over time, including insights from supported wearable devices where available. Clients can also share progress photos and updates with their coach to support structured feedback and accountability.

Coaches can easily create training plans and diet plans, including detailed macro and calorie targets. Plans can be saved as templates, quickly assigned to clients, and adjusted as needed. AI-assisted tools can be used to help generate meal plans based on defined macros and calorie goals, saving time while maintaining flexibility and control.

FitConnect promotes high standards across the platform. Coaches earn badges for milestones and achievements, receive reviews from clients, and represent a consistent level of quality and professionalism.

FitConnect is free to use for clients. Coaches can choose optional subscription plans to access additional features. Payments are processed securely, and FitConnect does not store users’ card details.
