Tried logging a water leak issue and found the app was oddly clearing the info and also not autopopulating the address. Allowed me to submit but never got the usual email confirmation. Did it multiple times with the same result. Assume others had the same hence why leak has not been reported for weeks. Deleted app, reinstalled to find it is completely different. Is there a way that anyone using the old app gets a message to delete and reinstall it?

Intuitively simple to use, GPS location in the city affected by the concrete canyons, never had reason to use in the wide open spaces yet. Being able to send a picture and the reason eliminates most of the pitfalls of verbal location and description of problem. Battery drainage seemed normal. Has worked every time for me and got quick response and results from council. Using my personal Samsung Note 4 and I work for WCC.

What a shame great idea poorly implemented. It insists on an address despite using gps to pinpoint your location - useless when in a regional park etc., and then uses email to submit the report rather than using a proper data implementation back end - I'll just email you and save the space on my phone!

Battery drains My Note 5 is constantly warning that the app is burning up my battery. Why does the app need to run in the background once I've submitted?

Stopped responding entirely when submitting report I ended up just calling the council (and I suggest you do too, you can email them photos once you've got a reference number), the app froze when I tried to submit and lost everything I'd typed.
