Doesn't work at all. App won't let you log in even with the right username and password. Always says it's not validated.

Won't even let me log in even though it works online just fine. Just like others my mortgage was transferred to these guys and not happy...how can a mortgage servicer in 2022 not have a competent app?!

Mobile deposits not working. Every time I try to deposit a check the app crashes and throws me out. I work a job that I cannot make it to the bank during open hours. I depend on mobile deposit.
