Wish I'd known about this app years ago, absolutely brilliant service from MJ's Roy ton, all delivery staff excellent, always ring if they haven't got what you want in stock and if you don't want a replacement they always bring the cash amount owed with them 👍 great that you only need to spend £15 and delivery always within 30 to 60 minutes, fantastic range of products with a very good fresh fruit and veg range, highly recommend this service x

Paid £8.49 on 01/02 for month pass. Soon after, app needed an update. I lost my delivery sub. On 19/02 I emailed app owners and the issue was resolved within 11 mins. However, during the time period between the update and then I had paid £16 in del fees, I have repeatedly asked for this to be refunded however my emails are now unanswered. Then this weekend (21/02) I went to use over 35k loyalty points, they've been deducted from my bal but not off my shopping total. Emails again unanswered.

How on earth do I contact someone to get my money that was debited and not reimbursed for an order that wasn't delivered? Cant get hold of anybody Absolute crooks.but hey if the cap fits!

Used to enjoy ordering from here but all the food descriptions for Melly Moos have been updated with what look like AI descriptions saying items come with things they don't come with, not accurately matching the image or item name, or generally being difficult to read. Very disappointing, will not be using the app again.

As an app, you're lucky if it even works. Website is just as bad. Problem with an order? Yeah, that'll happen often. Want to speak to someone on support chat? Apparently they forgot to employ someone aside from "Leon" who has apparently disappeared into the void. When / if your order goes through, expect your items to be replaced with much cheaper alternatives without being asked first. Most recent driver calls you halfway down the street expecting you to collect the order, and I'm disabled.
