The app is ok. They advertise themself as one of biggest online broker in europe but the app language is only German. I don't understand German, so it is useless for me. I have to use the browser version with translate plugin which is not working so good.

Decent app but it would be better if it had an English version like Scalable Capital. I highly doubt it will ever have an English version. Even Austrian Post App has an English version.

The android nav bar backwards button does not work currently, only tapping the top left corner backwards arrow currently works for navigation. Otherwise, nice app and happy to see the authentication baked into the same app now!

Pretty weak that they don't have an english version Edit: the fact that they answer in German says a lot about their willingness to accommodate other languages. Embarrassing.

Avoid if you don't speak German! The app is so buggy I couldn't even upload my proof of residence and had to use the website. The support agent completely refused to speak English, even though he clearly could! He told me to "pick the English agent" ??? THERE IS NO ENGLISH OPTION, just one button! When I pointed this out, he acted like I was stupid and was incredibly condescending instead of actually helping. Horrible, hostile experience. Fix your broken app and rude staff.

If you want to invest using Latex. Seriously don't. Both their app and website are so basic. Their charts are basic, they have less than 8 indicators, not all the stocks are listed, even the ones talked about on all major financial news outlets. They have sync issues, multiple users reported that Latex shows you wrong balance and takes up to 24 hours to show you how much you actually have. Add to that the fees they charge per trade are very, very high compared to other brokers.
