Says Luxembourg should register on latex NL, but they only offer it in Dutch. Makes it useless. Can still register on the German version, but the support is super slow. Rejected registration because my internet bill from last month was apparently older than 3 months. They send me a letter telling me to send them the new stuff via email (why let me wait a week for this and not send an email??). No reply from their support so far. Dutch support responded to my questions very quickly however

NOT a modern app! I don't understand the top ratings. Did no one ever use a modern broker app? Latex has few features that show history and overall account performance in a useful way. Latex hasn't really gone with the time the past 5-ish years. It feels a bit sluggish. More like a 2000s website of Excel sheet than an intuitive broker app. Easy way to set alerts? No. History of trades per position? No (only purchase dates for the stocks you still own).

Really bad legitimation service. Tried to set up for parents, disconnected multiple times, and they were in that video legitimation for 15 min. Takes forever and doesn't work. Nice way to make sure people are not interested in signing up anymore
