after dropping an email about the 1 minute before expire notification time and attached with my saman and payment date, only they immediately fix the damn problem. difference between payment date and saman is 1 minute apart. people kena saman only want to fix. really makes me think this app is sketchy about earning money through saman.

when you fill in the form, your line pointer focusing on second field column, but the character you type showed up on first field column, so those characters chained together like car number plate + your ic or passport + ... on the first column and the rest of the columns empty. This is interesting, how did the developer do that. 😅
