★★☆☆☆ This app serves it's purpose, but generally it's kind of flaky. It will refresh at odd times, so be cautious when typing a message to a renter, or you may lose your message. This happens often. My biggest issue is how easy it is to send a quote. When a inquiry is received, the default screen is the "send quote" screen. I realize you want your business Flipkey, but I'm 100% of the time going to engage the renter in conversation BEFORE I send a quote. I shouldn't have to have to click to the reply tab to start my message. Why would I send a quote immediately? That's faulty logic. On top of this, something about the screen, scrolling behavior, or "send quote" button is very sensitive, causing premature sending of the quote. I've sent many a quote by accident, which is frankly a liability! A couple of these times I've not yet properly vetted the renter, but when a quote is sent, you've essentially accepted their down payment! There really needs to at least be a "are you sure" prompt in case the quote has accidentally been triggered. Please fix this!!! Airbnb is rocking your world Flipkey, and it's because of the little things like this example!

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work lately receive notifications I go to open the app and blank screen. My response time was 100% now because I wasn't able to get to my laptop in a day I'm not at 40% because of App failure. Flipkey truly is a disservice to Host in so many ways.

★★☆☆☆ No good No good,so unreliable .Have to log in via browser to do anything .Is it so hard to design a reliable app? Airbnb manage it.

★★☆☆☆ Erratic & Very Limiting Very little action can be accomplished. Doesn't always populate with content every time you open it. Take a lesson from VRBO app.
