Very useful. I don't care for the welcome page wasting time to load before I can log in. Was the fingerprint login removed?
★★★★★Will Duncan· Jul 29, 2022
Absolutely wonderful! Senior Member Services Specialist, Laurie DeCresie provided my request with professional, warm and caring support. She gave clear explanation about what FCCU could do and my commitment. I highly recommend FCCU to anyone that need a caring financial institution. City of Seminole Florida branch.

Most favorite bank. Miss Toni at the Bradenton branch is the most phenomenal manager there is to be had....

Update sucks app rarely works now login issues every time plus with just
the lack of info and ability this app has not worth the space on your phone
anymore.

I always try and keep up with my accounts and money, but I've not been able
to use the app in MONTHS. Open it, and only get a page with the header
logo, and a message saying an error has occurred, plus a retry button.
Don't get the ability to do anything other than hit the retry button, which
just reloads the error message. When the app has worked in the past, it
only makes it a little easier to get into the account because of the
annoying sign in method on the website.

I always have issues logging in, and I always have to select "forgot password" only to get an unknown error, and I end up having to go to the bank to get it reset. It is very inconvenient considering I have to miss work to be able to access my account.
