★★★★★ I love this app, I tried Plant and had a horrible experience and their mobile banking app is trash. However, the FNB app is excellent I haven't had one problem been using it 9 months. I'm able to deposit my check by taking a picture of it. I do this every week and the app has run flawlessly every time. And displays a current, up to date to the second checking account balance and I had no problem linking my cash app account to my FNB account. Excellent bank Excellent app

★★☆☆☆ I am so fed up with FNB. I have opened a Capitec Acc, but I cannot pay money into the Acc. I cannot sep up the recipient either, because my Acc is blocked, so I cannot authorize the action to set up the recipient. I was depositing money into my Derive forex account, when I was blocked. F FNB. I've had enough of their security measures.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app. Try to sign up. I am blocked!!. How?? For downloading the app!

★★☆☆☆ FNB did away with browser access and forced me to use the app. Downloaded it and tried to log in. Old login invalid. Attempted to get a new password, but it's rejecting my phone number and login name. Great idea fixing what wasn't broken, now it doesn't work at all. I'm back to banking by phone unless that is also gone.
