Good Support and timely delivery. Issue facing is post placing order STATUS not changed to ACCEPTED in order update session in front of ordered restaurant. Phone call nee to be done for cross cheking the same. Please work on this. Reward points and concern redemption need to be applicable all restaurants and existing customers. Rest is perfect

Honestly, this app is extremely frustrating. Every time I log in, it stops working properly — either it hangs, crashes, or just doesn't respond at all. What’s the point of having an app if users can’t even log in smoothly? You seriously need to fix this. It feels like no real testing or updates are being done. Start taking your users seriously and work on improving the app immediately. This is unacceptable in 2025.
