I have the following observations on ordering food on Foomato: 1. Food quality changes drastically if we order food onliner than picking up from same restaurant in person. 2. Quantity of food is less when ordered online than picking order in person. 3. Though prices are same ...I had back by back bad experience while ordering food from burger house pidari chowk through foomato app.... To check I picked up same items personally quality was good... UPDATE : Finally uninstalled app. Now onward self pickup

Experience was ok until they send me a different order. And instead of apologizing they told me they will refund the extra money which also they haven't till now. Money was not the matter...guys should learn to behave well and improve their service if they are to succeed.
