I have struggled for nearly 20 hours and after spoken with every fortress representatives whom I could find their contact means for assistance, before "successfully" and luckily placed an online order for the goods I wanted to buy. The official website and app are suck, so confusing and slow, it was like hitting a jackpot when it, if even, correctly took me to where I wanted. Now fortress does NOT even have a proper contact phone number, like before, available for helping customers in any event.

The latency is extremely bad. The website browser version is already terrible. The app seems worse. Took several seconds to begin loading every step on the page including checkout. When I added all the details to complete payment, it crashed. I tried again, the discount I had was gone and cannot be reloaded. I didn't end up buying because I was so annoyed by this whole experience. I'm surprised by the poor app performance at this day and age.

Terrible app, lags on my Samsung A15 - never lag like this when I use the Broadway app. I converted my I-Coin stamps, which I earned after my purchases in Fortress retail shop, to a coupon but selected the wrong one due to lagging, causing me not able to properly see all the coupons. I have complained to your CS but all I am getting is one sentence saying that once coupon is redeemed, nothing can be done. Completely disappointed, uninstalled it now and will do my future purchases in Broadway.
