Account updates are not real time, one you paid something you have to keep trace of your total deposit sum by using notes or another application.

Fortune is far behind its online bank apps competitors. The app looks like from the early 2000s, with a poor user interface, no real-time transaction information (and wrong dates actually, which is nonsensical) Also, all services linked to the card (e.g. Lounge Key) did not work upon the first activation attempt, always requiring customer support intervention. Google Pay has never worked. Finally, customer service is extremely inefficient due to its long response time and poor efficacy.
