This is the most frustrating thing ever. You sit there and do a great consultation only to get to your device and realize that it stopped recording with an error message. And none of the reasons given apply. I did not run out of space, phone on airplane mode and do not disturb. Why does it stop? Arrrghh!!!!

Crashes halfway through recordings. Recordings only capture voice, not video.

Doesn't upload videos, despite 34Gb of free space! Now I just get a recording error message.

It didn't upload my videos afterward. Tried logging in and it kept crashing the app. Sometimes it'll say that you're currently experiencing some trouble. So annoying. I had to reinstall the app and now all my videos are gone.
