Terrible. Accidentally signed up as shipper. Can't delete or clear out to
start over. Won't allow me to delete my email and keeps saying it's already
in use. This thing is garbage.

Took money. They stated give 40 dollars for background check after I gave 30 dollars stated not in my market which is Miami the 3rd largest city.

I've used them in the past, and they were okay then all of a sudden the night before a scheduled pickup they cancelled and said they are no longer doing personal deliveries and concentrating on businesses instead. I responded letting them know it was for a business, but they never responded. Thankfully Task Rabbit was available and was flawless!
