They just did a complete overhaul of their app. The new design is much better than before. Upon installing it, it worked flawlessly. I don't know how it will be on a new connection, but on updating an existing connection, it's great. I did have problems with the old app connecting to a new Kuhl unit. It was a nightmare. Their support stayed with me and eventually referred me to their Wi-Fi specialist, John. He was excellent & got everything working perfectly. He couldn't have been nicer.

5-17 UPDATE: Noticed the 75° set temp I entered, is changed to 72° by the App, even when I change it back to 75°. ** Recently installed on Google Pixel 7 Pro to control Wall master 10k BTU. The room temperature reading displays almost 10 degrees lower than actual room temp, which prevents AC from turning on automatically, when it's actually needed (use AC for a family pet in this area). Can not set up daily schedule as App feature does not work. Would love to be beta tester...

Just replaced my old Friedrich Kuhl unit 24K BTU unit with a new one. Needless to say their AC units are not what they use to be, other words junk. The Connect App is useless. It will only turn on and off the unit and set temp and fan speed. The scheduler does not work, and you cannot set the unit up to turn on or off during the day. Again junk. My next units will not be Friedrich.
