So far so good. Most of the options for customizing is available through app but all are available through the desktop PC. Everything is working great. I do see some bad reviews, but I just have the alarm system only. My camera system is Lorex. Everything so far has been very good, no false sensor trips etc. My Wi-Fi is perfect. I just hope when my 3 years is up, that I don't have issue canceling if I need too. 4 star because you can't access all the customizations through app, only through PC.

My alarm randomly turned itself on. I realized "smart arming" was enabled, but I had never set that up. The app automatically enabled "smart arming" without my input. That's ridiculous that Front point would alter my alarms' behavior without consent, even if they believe it was good intentions. I will be looking for a new alarm company because of this. I cannot understand why the company would enable a feature that controls the actions of the security system without the approval of the customer.

Front point has failed me beyond belief. After their website, app terminal malfunctioned, I was left with a non-stop alarm for 40 minutes. I had to constantly cancel the incoming alarm requests on my phone while dealing with a professional conman on their customer support that assured me that he would get me technical help on the line. Technical support never came. Their website eventually worked, and I fixed it everything myself. I will cancel Front point for sure!! Better off with Simplisafe...

This app wasn't real user-friendly when I got first got the system over 10 years ago. It is worse now. I had a smoke detector quit and ordered a new one. Can't delete the old one, so I can add the new one. I have another smoke detector in the kitchen but have no way of seeing if it is active. Never have too! I had a doorbell camera on the old house. Not once was I able to talk to anyone while they were at the door. Took 2-4 minutes to alert me. Had it 5-6 years, had excellent Wi-Fi too.
