So far so good. Most of the options for customizing is available through app but all are available through the desktop PC. Everything is working great. I do see some bad reviews, but I just have the alarm system only. My camera system is Lorex. Everything so far has been very good, no false sensor trips etc. My Wi-Fi is perfect. I just hope when my 3 years is up, that I don't have issue canceling if I need too. 4 star because you can't access all the customizations through app, only through PC.

This used to be a good company now they are awful, why can I cancel my alarm, they don't call me, and then they alert the police, that is too expensive to be coming to false alarms.

Numerous false alarms, says batteries are low when they're new. Horrible tech support. After several years of service I still receive false alarms 10 minutes after I arm the alarm and drive away. Have had numerous complaints from the local police department about this ongoing problem which costs me a 250.00 fine every time they have to come out.

The Front point security system is not worth your money. I have had it in my home for almost 8 years. I finally said enough is enough. The app is slow. Notifications can be minutes later. Often a delivery would arrive and none of the 3 cameras in front would sense the person and therefore not notify me. Over the years I have had 3 false fire alarms. All faulty equipment. Many false alarms for intrusion. The SVR has stopped working too. I could go on, but $59.99 a month was too much. Went Ring
