This provider is run by a group of thieves who are demanding £400 upfront – the strangest measure ever taken by an energy company. Dealing with a group of thieves is not recommended.

Garbage. Not a patch on my previous supplier. Chat function is too delayed, and the data isn't presented well. And lastly: Typos! Argh! They seem to be everywhere.

App works well, but they restrict you from limiting receipt of spam notifications, you either choose to have 'pro alerts' (all notifications) or none this is intentional, so they can spam you. All I want is the option to have customer service message notifications on nothing more! If you fix this I'll leave 5 stars

Poor user interface. Cannot manually submit reads, force you to take a photo even though I explained to them this is not possible. Unable to download statements. Chat seems to work intermittently. Displays a bunch of confusing info about power stations they are building (I think) that I'd wager most people couldn't care about. I just want to be able to submit reads and view my statements easily. That's it.

The in-app chat doesn't seem to work in my app. Update: I think I've managed to find a way to chat, but the design makes it extremely difficult. I think you have to email Support then maybe the Chat is initiated by Fuse. Even now I'm not 100% sure - it seems designed to put you off if I'm honest. Also, a strange habit of not letting me see the latest 2-6hrs of usage, so by the time you realize you've left something power-hungry on, it's too late to do anything. Abdulrahman was great tho - 🙏👍.

Intrusive. Installed the app for swapping from another supplier, in minutes, the app had tried to access personal data 2437 times. Why does an app like this harvest data and no doubt sell to Google as Google was the only listed receiver. 31 different metrics it tried to send. Seems even when the app is closed it makes attempts to harvest data, so it will be "force close’d after every use just in case my app tracker blocker fails. Apart from that, a little difficult to navigate for a newbie
