Horrible app! Slow and 70% of the time fails to connect and open the gate. I have to force close the app and start it again to connect and then wait and wait to open the gate. The buttons in the app have no text labels, no basic customizations. I need to remember that key 1 is the pedestrian gate and 2 car gate. Why not allow me to name them? Ringing screen shows two confusing icons, no colors. Put ANSWER & HANG UP labes for god’s sake. A poor app, released and abandoned. Continuous improvement 0.

Cannot connect to the server, cannot reset password, cannot log in into the system. Nothing is working properly.
