Finally, found an app which not jus change the date but actually rearrange the photos according to date. It also affects the Snapchat camera roll option. I was looking for it for a long time, this way I can use Snapchat as a cloud photo storage with each photo on there respective date.

Very nice, helped me a lot already, but doesn't work when there are hyphens in the file name. Also needs an option to hide the non conflicted files from the list

No option to set File Creation date = File Last Write date, which is all I need. When transferring files between PC and mobile, the process trashes the File Creation date, and I need a tool to fix it back, so my Recent sorting is correct. Shame this utility suite doesn't include it. Closest it has is a feature to set the File Modified date = EXIF When Photographed date.

Very poor. An option to enter a date by keyboard is required. Also an option to modify any file (not just image or video). I couldn't get it to work with the video I downloaded from Instagram.
