This is a very fun game! It's like chess, but also not chess, and I think that's really fun! If you're into strategic games, and like chess, but you also like rogue likes, I definitely recommend this game! 3

Very new player here. Concept seemed fun and very Balatro-coded. Made it to the first boss and after crumble mode activated, the very first tile to drop was the one under my last piece. Run over. I don't know if this is the intended design of crumble, to only eat your pieces, or if it was just "bad luck with rng", either answer though leads to a game I am not interested in playing further.

The idea and concept are interesting, but it kind of takes the worst parts of Balaton and makes them worse. I thought there'd be more strategy involved, but you really are at the mercy of your gambits, your shops, and the elites that spawn. I specifically dislike the elite that forces you to capture all other pieces first. I think it's fundamentally bad for a game based on chess to not be able to set up proper chess strategies like forks because of these elites. The animations are also too slow.
