Great product, let down by poor customer support and lacklustre integration. Sent a support request via their website with no response, and there are lists of people on their forums with the same issue around Google integration, and no meaningful response. Buy something similar from someone else. If you do buy their product, buy a different USB charger too, mine died and melted after 2 weeks of use, its cheap and nasty and let's down the rest of the product.

Absolutely worthless. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app just for it to recognize my login. But now the app refuses to connect to the actual device. Do not waste your money on this literal piece of garbage. Edit: I did login to my existing account. I am still required to configure the device as the app no longer shows what I previously had setup. However, this leads to a connection failure each time. That is also after going through troubleshooting steps.

NO GOOGLE ASSISTANT SUPPORT!!! Bought two of these with the expectation to use them with Google assistant. Was able to use with G.A. for a short time, but the service hasn't been available for months now. DON'T BUY GARADGET! Edit: My review IS for this app! GARADGET APP does not work with Google assistant, as it used to, due to some lack of security in app. NOT Google's fault. Fix THIS app's security and maybe Google will allow the linking to their services again. WORKS WITH means just that!

The device works well, too bad the app is garbage. Hasn't been updated in over a year and a half and it shows. Sign in does not work even after working with "tech support". Their solution was for me to email them my username and password so the could try to login to my account from their end. No thanks.
