Feature Request: Allow Garmin Messenger App Weather Fetch via Internet Without Active Bluetooth Device Connection The Garmin Messenger app currently blocks weather requests unless an in Reach hardware device is powered on and connected via Bluetooth. Since the app already verifies my active subscription and can pull weather data directly over my phone's cellular/Wi-Fi connection, requiring the physical device to be turned on just to look at the weather while in cellular coverage is an unnecessary

For voice calls from the Fenix 9 Pro in Reach watch, when it is connected to an Android phone and the Messenger app on the phone is being used, the calls cannot be made. For communication, the phone always selects the first SIM instead of the SIM that is configured for mobile data. I have a physical SIM with mobile data disabled and an eSIM that is used for mobile data. However, as long as the physical SIM (the 1st SIM) is active, I cannot make calls to someone via Messenger.

Cant verify my number, app says my number is blocked for verification. This means I can't activate my newly brought In reach mini 3. Useless product.

I have never once written a review, but I feel compelled to warn others before they get into the situation I did. I purchased the Messenger Plus and never was able to get past the phone number verification screen on my Pixel 6 device. I now have a very expensive paperweight. I was told by Garmin support that their recommendation was that I buy a new phone.

The update this morning broke my in reach messenger Bluetooth pairing to my phone. In contrary to others I liked the app, but now it's broken. Constantly come up with pair your device even Bluetooth says it's paired. I paired through the app. Android. I hope they fix the bug today
