The Gator Tracking App works in conjunction with Gator GPS Tracking Devices and the gator.net.au web based tracking portal, providing a simple & convenient way to track and manage vehicles or assets.

Since changing phones I had the exact same issue as many others here had encountered. I did nothing about it for months until yesterday when I emailed them about it. Got a reply the next day with a procedure to reinstall and it now all works perfectly again. So I would suggest getting in touch with gator and get your app working again

The product has not been working at all for about 4 months now. The app will not load on Android 13. I called during office hours this afternoon only to get a pre-recorded message to say that I've called out of office hours. Very disappointed.

This app was working, with the new android it isn't. I travel a lot and have fitted these systems to my cars for peace of mind and because I have old cars that people enjoy to steal. But now I can't log in as the app doesn't work, This needs to be fixed as I am a'll pay. I have uninstalled the app, stopped and started it, waited like 30 min, tried another phone and nothing. Please fix this asap.
