Good cam to use, but need an old phone or a card reader on a computer to clean out the std card and every time it's used you have set the time and date in the settings.

Have owned the camera for about a week and had 2-3 near incidents/road rage ETC that I wanted to record, but the camera only seems to record the last 20% of my trips or as I am just pulling back up in my driveway and the first 80% where all the action is, is lost to the wind. Manually saving clips doesn't seem to work at all, regardless of making the 'picture' sound, THE CAMERA SHOULD RECORD 24/7 WHEN POWERED REGARDLESS OF IF THE CAMERA IS TRYING TO CONNECT TO MY PHONE OR NOT - FIX THIS PLEASE

Will not connect to my phone. Keeps saying connect to cameras Wi-Fi. I follow the prompts and help tips and yet still won't connect. What a waste of $289. And can't get any response from tech or emails.

This app is useless and do not buy this dash cam. You'll spend 20 minutes restarting over and over to get the Wi-Fi to connect and then inside the app is just error after error trying to view any file or change any setting. It doesn't like to record at all times like it should except it loves to save 50 clips of your car sitting in your driveway all 1 second in length. I have tried setting the date over and over, but it always saves every clip thinking it's Jan 1st 1900.

This is the worst possible Dashcam and App. Would not recommend at all, I know can't download videos from the app due to not having permissions and I can't add them. Do better.
