I was really excited about this app and excited to add money to the account once I got my card. However, It would not allow me to do a bank transfer the traditional way. I ended up having to put the money that I wanted to transfer onto cash app and move it to my gazelle account from there. There is no biometrics option, so you have to log in every time which is inconvenient. But what really made me have to put this one star is I put almost $500 in this account. My card only works at certain stores

I'm trying to transfer money to my Gazelle account, but my bank isn't listed on "Plaid". I don't understand why there is no way to manually input a routing and account number. I don't feel comfortable setting my direct deposit to my Gazelle account until I can add my other bank. In the meantime my account will have a zero balance until the developers update the app.
