Fix website and mobile app missing a lot of features when you log in homepage menu have no money insights no way to track spending also can't access monthly statements can't download direct deposit form just a plain boring app that's outdated no security features check cashing app you got to wait 10 days to get your money for free when should be 2 days instead please update redesigned your mobile app and website it needs work you find ATM should be within homepage, so you don't have to leave app

The biggest complaint on the app is the lack of support options. I had to move before card arrived, and it didn't get forwarded. So I'm stuck with a virtual card that I can't use in stores. I called to get an address change, and I am told I need to submit proof of new address which I did, but the email address was invalid and returned. I called back to get the address, and they end up shipping a new card, and it is going to old address and not new like I was told. Guess I have to call again.

Need to add more new account feathers advertisement on TV and update mobile app target reloadable mobile app when you log in to home screen it has lots of space for more banking feathers to be added missing wire transfer feathers on demand alerts for spending in store and online no password saver no account photo, so you can know it's you when you log in this app no customer service chat can't chat online if you need help needs work asap!!! 😡😠😠🤬🤬👎👎👎😡😠😠🤬🤬👎👎👎 please fix asap!!! Improve
