It is somewhat inferior to the banking apps I am accustomed to. And seems to be down fairly often overnight or early morning... plus it is not the most user-friendly app, but it gets the bulk of the job done. Southern Bank however is one of the bank financial institutions I have had the pleasure of dealing with; and in the South easily beats the larger and national banks in the area. The customer service alone is worth is second to none.

Trying to make a deposit. Instructions in the app say go to the task menu and select deposit, does not say where task menu is. I had to go online through my computer to figure out that the big green '+' sign at the bottom is what I need to push to make a deposit. Nowhere on the app did I see a 'task menu' or any description of where it would be located. Just make it simple say "big green plus sign".
