Well, slowly making it work for my needs, getting around it to find what I want. To cancel a booking, so many steps - unclearly labelled... very difficult to find. Illogical labels, still learning the 'code' after 2 years' use. Very slow to respond. But if you touch midway through, you end up trapped halfway through a booking. Hard to scroll through without accidentally touching something and booking yourself on an activity by mistake! Then complicated to cancel!

This app is shocking. Can't log in as no buttons to press after you've entered your login details. And when you finally find a way to log in it never recognizes you as a member. Needs scraping and starting over! Very frustrating when you want to book classes and sessions.
