I HATE the new changes !!!! I'm still learning how to use it after months. Also, I hate new Sat. Hours which 3 branches near my house are simply not open. I most likely will be looking to bank elsewhere. Sad someone thought they were making things better and it's worse.

New app is buggy and doesn't always work. Sometimes I have close and open the app multiple times for my accounts to show. Issue still has not been fixed. If the app times out and I log in an error message will appear where my accounts are supposed to be displayed.

App doesn't work half the time. Every time I try to log in and see my accounts I get these red boxes that say accounts are unavailable.

I don't like is over the weekend there are times pending posts "disappear" and doesn't show actual availability, and they say it's the vendor not them. Also, when I am in desperate need of help, GECU never comes through. I don't count the help I got after the shut-down because they're charging interest on the loan they gave me when other banks and credit unions didn't. I'll be closing my accounts here very soon after 40 yrs of being with them.
