Everytime I try to open the app today, I keep being redirected to the Play Store to download a mandatory update but there is nothing new to be installed? Have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. So basically I can't use my app untill this conflict is resolved. I've been with Genbook for a decade but am ready to go to something new if this major misstep can't be fixed quickly. We know it's been reported. Please step up & make this right. Quickly!

It completely SUCKS when I try to open this app to conduct my business but cannot open it because it keeps prompting to UPDATE in the Google Play Store but there's no update option available in Google Play Store.....ultimately leaving me unable to conduct business until Genbook responds to my EMAIL because that's the ONLY way to contact Genbook from PAYING customers!!!!!!

Whats going on with the 'upgrade'? It won't let me install it, even thow I have auto install. I can't open the app even after Uninstalling and installing again.. I've been a genbook user since way back. So for this to happen. Hmmm. I never expected to give a one ☆ review. But it appears I can't even use the app...like at all.
