Was working fine with my K-390EW... Then just stopped sending commands to the remote. The app will reflect what's done on the remote... But the remote will not accept or send signals from the app.

Just does not work I have tried everything to get my wireless remote from this manufacturer to connect. It showed up as a connection on my smartphone for about 3 seconds then it disappeared When I checked my router I found it under the wireless onboard chip name HF-LPT220 . After about 2 hours of trying to get the smartphone to connect I have given up. Because this is a Chinese app and remote the English translation needs work and the one time it did look like it might connect I was left with a Chinese log on which as they say is Chinese to me. Serious piece of rubbish and your remote from Chung chop or its generic brands will not work

Unable to pair app to remote. No matter how many times. 5g or 2.4. Add to this that I cannot pair remote to aacc. Remote and app getting back to the place they came from.
